Registered users can access MyFareBox by clicking the link - http://live.myfarebox.com and providing the following details:
  • Account Number
  • User Name
  • Password
You may register online by clicking the link - http://www.myfarebox.com/Home/ Registration. You will also be required to sign a License Agreement with Client Registration on behalf your organization.
On the login page http://live.myfarebox.com, please click the link ‘Forgot password’ which presents a form to furnish your MyFareBox Account Number and Username. Click the ‘Send Request’ button to receive an email with a link to reset your MyFareBox password.

You will have to contact our reservation team for assistance. Please write to crm@myfarebox.com with the changes required along with the booking reference number. Our 24x7 operations team will assist you to change the booking and issue a new booking reference number that can be retrieved from the ‘Booking Queue’ on MyFareBox.
You may email your logo to us and we will update the logo on your MyFareBox profile which will be displayed on the e-tickets issued from your account. Please note that a cost is associated with customized branding.
If a PNR is Pending or Wait-listed, please email the booking reference number to our back office team for confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, the booking status will change from Pending or Wait-listed to ‘Booked’ and will be available in the Booking queue on MyFareBox.

Please check if the ticket time limit of the itinerary has expired or there are sufficient funds available in your MyFareBox account to issue the ticket order request
Yes, you can pay by credit card. Please select “Pay by Credit Card” option while you issue the ticket order. Please note that our payment gateway service provider would charge a transaction fee of 2.5% on the total amount.
Currently, we accept payments through bank transfers, cheques and bank draft which will be credited to your deposit account for your use. Tickets can be paid vide bank transfers and credit cards. Please note that our payment gateway service provider would charge a transaction fee of 2.5% on the total amount.
All fares/rates displayed on MyFareBox are NET rates and Non-Commissionable.
MyFareBox may not be able to create a PNR due to many reasons (non-availability of seats in a particular segment in the selected itinerary, session time out between the airline reservation system and MyFareBox etc.). In such cases, you may mail the screen shot of the itinerary to crm@myfarebox.com for our 24x7 operations team to revert with fares based on the current availability.




Amendments (Rescheduling)

You will have to contact our reservation team for the same. Please write to crm@myfarebox.com with the changes required along with the MyFareBox booking reference number to revert accordingly.
All changes will attract a fee that varies from airline to airline. In addition to this fee, Mystifly charges an amendment handling fee per passenger per ticket. These charges will be debited to your account. We'll also debit the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
Your amended ticket will be available in the ‘Ticketed Bookings' section of your account. We can also email you the amended ticket(s) if requested.




Cancellations & Refunds

Please furnish the MyFareBox booking reference number and address the cancellation or refund request to crm@myfarebox.com. Our 24x7 operations team will review the request and revert accordingly.
Cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. To know what's applicable in your case, check the fare rules mentioned on the booking page when you're making your reservation (in case you missed it then, you can always go back to your account and check out your booking pages). Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the airline, Mystifly charges a service fee as agreed in the license agreement.
You can cancel the flight before the itinerary is under the Airport Control.
We will credit the money back to your MyFareBox account after Mystifly receives the refund from the respective airline.
The refunds can vary depending on the airline fare rules and the type of refund i.e., Fully Refundable, Partially Refundable and No Show. Please refer to the license agreement for more details. This could vary from 7 days in case of a fully refundable ticket to more than 21 days for a partially refundable ticket.
