What is MyFareBox?

MyFareBox is an Anywhere to Anywhere airfare booking platform that allows you to book contracted special fares for travel originating from 900 +airlines across 70 countries.

How can I access MyFareBox?

Registered users can access MyFareBox by clicking the link - http://live.myfarebox.com and providing the following details:

  • Account Number
  • User Name
  • Password

How do I register for MyFareBox?

You may register online by clicking the link - http://www.myfarebox.com/Home/Registration. You will also be required to sign a License Agreement with Client Registration on behalf your organization.

What if I forget my password?

On the login page http://live.myfarebox.com, please click the link ‘Forgot password’ which presents a form to furnish your MyFareBox Account Number and Username. Click the ‘Send Request’ button to receive an email with a link to reset your MyFareBox password.

Consolidated Airfares of which countries & airlines can be accessed on MyFareBox?

MyFareBox offers consolidated airfares across 70 countries with airfare content from 900+ airlines.

Does the platform support last minute booking, change dates, cancel and even change the name of the traveller if possible? And what are your fees?

Yes, MyFareBox as a booking and ticketing platform allows you to book last minute travel and allows ticketing as long as the flight is not under airport control. All fares offered on the platform are NET.

Is it possible to combine offline and online booking through your platform?

Yes,We have a call center module (offline) and a Webservice (online). We can offer you either, or both the platforms.

Where do you source your content for MyFareBox?

MyFareBox sources content from multiple GDS and direct connect with Airlines.

Can I have my company name and logo on MyFareBox?

Yes, you can. However, there is a cost associated with co-branding.

We already have a portal and would like to use fares from MyFareBox, do you have a solution?

Yes. We can power your portal with our content using our XML solution – OnePoint which is OTA compliant

Do you have a white label solution for MyFareBox?

Yes. We have a white label solution for MyFareBox, known as MyFareBox XClusive.

Booking Related Questions

Does the platform support last minute booking, date changes, cancellation and even change the name of the traveller if possible? And what are your fees?

Yes, MyFareBox as a booking and ticketing platform allows you to book last minute travel and allows ticketing as long as the flight is not under airport control. All fares offered on the platform are NET.

Is it possible to combine offline and online booking through your platform?

We have a call center module (offline) and a Webservice (online). We can offer you either, or both the platforms.

Please explain further on how to eliminate the credit card charges. I will book from anywhere to anywhere and I would like to give access to each traveller to book their own flight from anywhere to anywhere.

The only way you can eliminate credit card charges is by paying us through Bank Transfer. You can hold a security deposit with us and make payments through Wire Transfer for all bookings made through the platform.

MyFareBox is a B2B platform. To allow travelers to book from anywhere to anywhere (B2C solution), our XML / Webservice Solution – OnePoint can be integrated to your system.

Is the platform flexible enough to integrate other relevant APIs? Does it have an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)? Which one?

Mystifly is not a travel technology company offering/selling technology. We offer a booking & ticketing platform where we are responsible for fulfillment.

How do I know my reservation was booked?

You will receive the airline PNR and transaction Id when the booking is confirmed. The same can also be viewed in the ‘Booking Queue’ section on the platform.

How do I confirm my seat assignments?

Mystifly doesn't allow pre-seating. Please write to crm@myfarebox.com for specific seat requests

How do I manage meal requests and frequent flyer numbers?

MyFareBox has a provision to update meal requests and frequent flyer numbers while issuing a Ticket Order request.

How do I get my e-ticket details?

You can retrieve & print e-tickets from the Ticketed Queue on MyFareBox, once the e-tickets are issued

Can I retrieve old bookings?

Yes, you can retrieve all bookings made under your ID/Account Number

How do I change my flights after it is booked?

You will have to contact our reservation team for assistance. Please write to crm@myfarebox.com with the changes required along with the booking reference number. Our 24x7 operations team will assist you to change the booking and issue a new booking reference number that can be retrieved from the ‘Booking Queue’ on MyFareBox.

How do I get my logo to show on the Client Receipt?

You may email your logo to us and we will update the logo on your MyFareBox profile which will be displayed on the e-tickets issued from your account. Please note that a cost is associated with customized branding.

Currently the booking status for the PNR is pending?

If a PNR is Pending or Wait-listed, please email the booking reference number to our back office team for confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, the booking status will change from Pending or Wait-listed to ‘Booked’ and will be available in the Booking queue on MyFareBox.

I am unable to place the Ticket order from the Booking queue?

Please check if the ticket time limit of the itinerary has expired or there are sufficient funds available in your MyFareBox account to issue the ticket order request.

Can we pay by Credit Card on myfarebox.mystifly.com?

Yes, you can pay by credit card. Please select “Pay by Credit Card” option while you issue the ticket order. Please note that our payment gateway service provider would charge a transaction fee of 2.5% on the total amount.

How do I pay for the tickets?

Currently, we accept payments through bank transfers, cheques and bank draft which will be credited to your deposit account for your use. Tickets can be paid vide bank transfers and credit cards. Please note that our payment gateway service provider would charge a transaction fee of 2.5% on the total amount.

Are the rates available on MyFareBox, Net or Commissionable?

All fares/rates displayed on MyFareBox are NET rates and Non-Commissionable.

Why is my booking status “Not Booked”?

MyFareBox may not be able to create a PNR due to many reasons (non-availability of seats in a particular segment in the selected itinerary, session time out between the airline reservation system and MyFareBox etc.). In such cases, you may mail the screen shot of the itinerary to crm@myfarebox.com for our 24x7 operations team to revert with fares based on the current availability.

Amendments (Rescheduling)

How do I make changes to a flight reservation?

You will have to contact our reservation team for the same. Please write to crm@myfarebox.com with the changes required along with the MyFareBox booking reference number to revert accordingly.

What does it cost to make an amendment?

All changes will attract a fee that varies from airline to airline. In addition to this fee, Mystifly charges an amendment handling fee per passenger per ticket. These charges will be debited to your account. We'll also debit the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.

How do I get my ticket(s) after an amendment?

Your amended ticket will be available in the ‘Ticketed Bookings' section of your account. We can also email you the amended ticket(s) if requested.

Cancellations & Refunds

How do I cancel the flights?

Please furnish the MyFareBox booking reference number and address the cancellation or refund request to crm@myfarebox.com. Our 24x7 operations team will review the request and revert accordingly.

What are the cancellation charges?

Cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. To know what's applicable in your case, check the fare rules mentioned on the booking page when you're making your reservation (in case you missed it then, you can always go back to your account and check out your booking pages). Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the airline, Mystifly charges a service fee as agreed in the license agreement.

If I need to cancel my flight, what's the latest time before I can do this?

You can cancel the flight before the itinerary is under the Airport Control.

How will I get my money back after a cancellation?

We will credit the money back to your MyFareBox account after Mystifly receives the refund from the respective airline.

How long does it take to process a refund?

The refunds can vary depending on the airline fare rules and the type of refund i.e., Fully Refundable, Partially Refundable and No Show. Please refer to the license agreement for more details. This could vary from 7 days in case of a fully refundable ticket to more than 21 days for a partially refundable ticket.

I still haven’t received my refund. Help!

Please write to our refunds department – refunds@mystifly.com to receive a status update. You may also escalate the matter to accounts@mystifly.com for a speedy resolution.
